Mike Tyson was *not* in his prime when he fought Danny Williams.

I read Hatton's book, and he said he took nothing away from Williams but that Williams is also aware he fought a past prime Tyson

The late 80's was the worst era of HW ever. Someone name me one good fighter Tyson ever beat? Most overrated fighter of all time.

 

I have never seen anyone being serious and claim Tyson was in his prime against Williams! He certainly wasn`t. But on the other hand, i wont go as far as saying a prime Tyson would have destroyed Williams easily! I believe Williams could have been a tougher opponent for Tyson than most think, even in his prime!

 

Nowadays it seems everbody and their grandma would have given a prime Tyson a good fight.
