Has anyone on here ever his workout? I don't mean all the sparing, I just mean the amount of Press ups, crushes and dips?
Up at early weird hours. 4 0r 5 in the morning. Lot of running, shadow boxing, then when everybody else woke up he sparred, heavy bag mits, believed in a lot of ancient herb remedies.
He didn't do anything other than boxing and body-weight based workouts until post prison as far as I know. Crunches, neck rolls, heavy bag, mitts, running, etc. No pressups and dips as far as I know.
