I don't think much, this was first fight of his that got publicity, and it was not much. It was beginning of him becoming well known. It seems all his fights are on film, probably due to Jimmy Jacobs, his manager. He was man who bought up rights to almost every old fight film in existence. I do remember there were many people at fight who did not know who Tyson was, or did not care. Then after that ko they started paying attention. Iran Barkley was main bout that night.
If average boxers in Brewster and Sanders were able to KO Wlad imagine what this version of Tyson does to him !
its obvious that you bum the klits but come on are you for real? the klits are only number 1 now cos the heavyweight division is a joke. Tyson in his prime would stop both in the 1st few rounds. nobody past or present could touch tyson in those golden 3 years, NOBODY!!!!!
ESB Logic Pre-Douglas Tyson = Jesus Pre-Prison Ibeabuchi = Jesus II Wonder how highly regarded would Andrew Golota be if he retired/was incarcerated immediately after the Bowe fights? Alternate Universe ESB "Lennox Lewis would have gotten smoked by Golota, he's a paper champ at best. All he did was beat an non-prime Golota"
hahahahahaha. Scaff was a tomato can. Not a heavyweight champion by any means. Comparing him the K bros is ridiculous. I wouldn't even compare him to Ray Austin or Tye Fields for that matter.
Okay, I am very confused here...is the OP saying this is Tyson's debut or debut at MSG? He'd be wrong either way. I don't think Tyson ever fought at MSG, actually...
Tyson was 19 years old with no Olympic experience, 13-0, with just 20 rounds under his belt... who should he have been fighting? :huh
