I don't get how people think Berbick wasn't a little scared. Yes, he fight hard and give it a go but he clearly seemed a bit fazed by Tyson pre-fight. I guess it's just me. I love the call for the fight (Can't remember the announcer. He does tons of Tyson and Zaire of Ali v Foreman).

"Berbick's down again! Can he get up. Is his legs shot? I think they are! He's trying to get up. HE'S GOT THE HEART, BUT HIS BODY WON'T LET HIM DO WHAT HIS MIND WHATS TO!"

Guy is possibly my favorite announcer. I think recently he did a few Haye fights.

Yeah, it's Bob Sheridon. He eventually did all of Tyson's fights on the "Tyson Network".

And I don't think Berbick was intimidated by Tyson to start, until he quickly got his bell rung and realized he was outclassed.

Berbick was very indignant and defiant of Tyson and his celebrity. He purposely wore black trunks, when he normally wore white, just to spite Tyson, since the champion gets to choose his color first, and the contender has to pick something different. Tyson was fined something like $5,000.00 for wearing his normal black trunks by the boxing commission. Worth every penny, in my opinion.

Berbick also attempted to stick his tongue out through his mouthpiece at Tyson at the end of round one, even though he just got his ass kicked.

Berbick tried to fight, he really did, but Tyson was punching away too aggressively. Normally he fought in flurries but that was a true bell-to-bell offense that night...Berbick was trying to walk through a waterfall.
