Tyson didn't knock out Tucker, Biggs, Smith, or Ruddock quickly. That didn't stop him from winning any of them, and quite convincingly. Against Douglas, after seven terrible rounds, he had a great eighth. It's really not that simple.

 

Wow, are you really that simple-minded? Who did Foreman beat before he treated Joe Frazier like a basketball? Peralta? Czepulis? I'm just saying that lasting the first three rounds with Tyson isn't the key to success. Larry had a good three rounds with Tyson, which suggests he wasn't rusty at all, but Tyson simply had him figured out. As the Buster fight showed, he could land a punch at any time. Even when he was being beaten and his opponent was dominating, not just trying to hold out for the first few rounds. It's kind of crazy that you keep repeating these platitudes.
