As in action wise not performance wise.

I've got Bonecrusher Smith as the front-runner anything top that?

In terms of his 'prime' Smith IMO

The Tucker fight was fairly tedious imo although Tyson showed plenty of skill particularly defensively.

Not many boring Mike Tyson fights. Bonecrusher followed by Lewis, Tillis and Tucker would be it.

Disagree, I'd have to say easily it was Smith.

I would agree with Smith and Tucker, although Tyson always tried to make fights exciting it was something Cus had told him was essential.

I felt that he was a bit bellow par for the Kevin McBride fight.

tillis for me...showed a TON of weakness in catching, cornering, finishing and adapting to opponents

And he was also still somewhat green at that stage. He fought Tillis later on at his peak in sparring, and it was a different story.

Plus Tyson had faced and dominated much better boxer-movers than Tillis later on, so it's a moot point really.

I have to disagree... Tyson went to Ferguson's body like crazy in this fight.... i personally think the ferguson fight was one of tyson's best because he kept going to the body.... a strategy he would soon abandon come 1989 & the loss of Kevin Rooney.

To answer the thread's question: The Bonecrusher Smith fight was the most boring i have ever seen.
