First of all congrats for your Brett vs Arlovski predicition.
I don't think anyone was expecting it , some even went as far as to say things like:
The fight only lasted 22 seconds. I'd be tempted to label this one a fluke (considering how one dimensional & average Brett is) But in the end , it's irrelevant. There's no one to blame but Arlovski & i hope this fight will finally give Freddy Roach a reality check about his ambitions of propulsing Andrei at the top of the hw boxing scene.

However cut the bull**** please: You say:
Nah , you don't... Don't act as if all your predictions are spot on.
Aren't you the same guy who also posted the following threads ?

Out of curiosity , why the obsession ? why do you imperatively have to root against him ?
You should be happy (i mean , as a fan of the sport) to have a dominant champion.

You sort of remind me of those fans who can't stand Rafael Nadal's guts (or "rat face" as some would say) Some hate him for no good reasons..I personally love to see extremely dominant champs. I think the likes of Federer & Nadal are a blessing for tennis , just like gsp , aoki , anderson , fedor , machida have positive repercussions on the sport of MMA.

anyway , Brett's victory is a solid one but isn't an indication of anything (as far as fedor is concerned). But i don't think you'll ever understand this. Let me give you basic example: Mark Hunt gave fedor hell on the ground , but that never stopped him from taking the belt of a prime Nogueira right ? He almost got koed by Fujita but that never stopped him from defending his belt against a prime crocop right ?

The point is , anything can happen in a fight. As a matter of fact , i even posted a message in your latest thread saying:
My point still stands , anything can happen. Serra once beat a prime GSP , Randleman did the same with a prime Crocop , one of UFC's champs (Anderson Silva) was embarrassed twice in pride fc , once by a "can" (aka Daiju Takase) & by Chonan (a very inconsistent fighter who just happened to pull one of the best & most complicated submission in mma history on the night he fought Silva).

Some just happen to have a fighter's number.
Matt Hughes was owned twice by Dennis Hallman (another rather inconsistent fighter).

So , in conclusion , Brett did it. in 22 seconds. But hey , one of the most mentally degenerated participant in mma history (Viacheslav Datsik) also finished the guy. (granted that was arlovski's first fight). But Sylvia took less than 3 minutes to beat him (in his rematch) and he defeated him again (in their third fight).

That didn't stop fedor from annihilating Sylvia in 36 seconds right ?

    Ok , i'm out.

PS: and let this huge upset be a reminder to anyone that ANYTHING can happen folks, don't be so quick to dismiss any participants. Rahman did it against Lennox , Abidi did it against Aerts , Sapp did it against Hoost , Douglas against Tyson , Reid against Vitali , Jimmy Young vs George Foreman...the list is endless...

Jimmy Young VS Foreman being a huge upset was from stupid people.
Anyone watching young in those days didnt see it that way.

Actually i cant say that that fight still didt surprise me as well. George had him knocked out and let him off the hook. I blame Clancy for that:twisted:

This result didnt surprise me. I expected Rogers to KO AA and thats exactly what happened. One thing is apparent Rogers can REALLY REALLY crack. But thats about it. As for AA his chin is bone china. The AA freight train is well and truely over. As for this boxing crap like i said time and again it needs to stop now.

I kind of wish the fight lasted longer so we can see if Rogers has gotten better or stayed the same. We already knew he could bang. Problem is we also already knew AA has a wet paper chin. As for Mike W. that cat is a joke it doesn't matter how much sense you make that touch hole ain't gonna listen.
