Mike Weaver v Tony Tucker

Who ever dropped Tucker?

 

I like Weaver by decision. Tucker isn’t the type of aggressive fighter that would jump on Weaver and get to him early when he’s most vulnerable. Also Weaver has enough power to keep Tucker honest. Tucker could be lazy and easily outworked by a hard working well conditioned fighter like Weaver. Tony’s chin is pretty rock solid I think the first time he was down in his career was late in the fight vs Lennox Lewis. Tucker had already had 50 professional fights at that point and was a bit past his best day’s. Both men at their peak I’ll take Weaver. Tucker could win for sure I just don’t think he will.

 

At their best, Tucker by SD. I think he has enough skill to beat Weaver. Barely.

 

Tucker wins by very late ko, last couple of rounds job imo. But Weaver shakes him up early.

I'm not a fan of relying on someone's KO power in these fantasy H2Hs, and I think Tucker at his best is the better boxer, with greater natural attributes.

I think they both can be lazy at times.

In my head it settles in to a fairly slow rythem.
Weaver might get a KD.
Tucker by decision.

 

Prime 79-83 Weaver by late KO. Body punching great and one of the great left hooks. Tucker was an underachieving lazy ass bum who game minimum effort everytime.
Why do you hens keep making fights with these boring ass TYSON bums? To prop Mike up? It must be. Because no one enjoyed watching Tucker or the big titty 4 in action.
