    Ruiz's awkwardness would bother Weaver.

I see Ruiz jumping out to a lead. As the fight wears on, however, Weaver's clear strength and power advantages begin to tell on Ruiz. I see Weaver getting stronger as the fight progresses, pacing himself, but applying steady pressure, while always being dangerous. Finally in about round 11 or 12, Mike catches up with a slowing Ruiz, corners him, and takes him out with a few well placed power shots.

Ah, the ol' Weaver formula. I think you're probably right.

I think Ruiz does well early. Weaver hurts him increasingly as the fight continues. Then Weaver knocks him out just before the bell to end the 10th. The referee would rule that it was after the bell by mistake and give Ruiz the DQ win.

I like Weaver all the way here .. John was not the big puncher or fast starter to catch Mike .. Weaver also had a pretty terrific jab and could box when he wanted as he did vs LeDoux .. Mike was at his best much better and would hurt him ..
