Probably been done before, but who wins this battle of the Mike's, prime for prime? It's really tough to call. I think the sharpshooting Moorer has an edge in my mind, against the slow-starting Weaver, but at the same time, Weaver sometimes only needed one punch to end it.

    What do you guys think?

I could see this one going either way. I'd pick Moorer because he's a southpaw and starts quick.

I going with Weaver. Sort of a toss up fight. Weaver a lot of good heavyweights, win or lose. At his best he would a hand full for anyone.

Moorer on the other hand got completely laid-out a couple of times by Foreman and Tua.

I like Weaver in this one. He's much better than the numbers on his record suggest, when he was "on" he was a dangerous guy. Moorer gets somewhat overrated around these parts for me.

The Weaver who turned up against Holmes ('79), Coetzee and even Truth Williams stops or knocks out Moorer rather spectacularly imo.
