I see many similarities between them. Who would win in 12 rounds?

Depends on who's turn it was to be inconsistent that night.

This is a really good one. Best for best I’ll say McCall, but I don’t have a ton of confidence. I feel Weaver worked very hard and over performed while Mccalls well known issues derailed him.
It’s hard though, Lewis is the best win between them but Weaver has a very good resume of B+ guys. He can’t hurt McCall and they both are probably similar skill wise.
I don’t know, hard guys to rate

They were both inconsistent but I see Weaver;;s toughness, as an ex-Marine, taking this one in a war. Very similar to his classic with dokes in their rematch but this time, Weaver gets the points win by 115-113ish, IMNSH O.

McCall by UD, and though an entertaining fight because of Weaver landing a few crushers, Oliver does a fine job of boxing and he lands more than a few nice shots himself.

I think Weaver is the better fighter and definitely the more consistent performer.

He only wins by stoppage if Oliver starts crying and stalking around the ring like a psycho, so UD.

    I'll take the DKP guy.

Any kind of controversy and I know who gets the benefit of the doubt. And since Weaver is not stopping this guy, I see controversy happening somewhere and somehow. Also think the biggest punch in the fight would not be the Weaver lefthook, but that looping right hand of Oliver's. That is the punch that has the biggest effect

Weaver has slightly better boxing skills. McCall has a better chin. Weaver would be more likely to train properly and go to bed on time the night before the fight. I think Weaver does it on points.

Was going to pick McCall but see some good arguments for Weaver

Thanks, guys. It’s a good fight and impossible to pick, though I slightly favor Weaver.

I like Weaver in this one, but he'll have a hard night ahead of him. McCall was great at bulling guys around the ring, forcing brawls, and getting his way at his absolute best- Just look at how he manhandles Lewis to the ropes in their two fights!
