Mikey Garcia Doned Messed Up; Gonna See Another Long Lay Off?

    Floyd was looking at this kid HARD (though not in the same way he lusts after Ellerbe). He wined him and dined him (though not in the same way he wines and dines Ellerbe) and flat out said in a YouTube video that he needed to sign Mikey.

    Then Mikey took that comeback fight against a no hoper whose name I can't even recall. The interesting thing is that Mikey took that one time deal under Al Gaymon, which apparently irked Floyd (Robert Garcia talked about this in a FloydHype video).

    Since then, Floyd hasn't reached out to Mikey Garcia.

    I like Floyd as a fighter, but Adrian Broner is a better boss and promoter than he is. Mikey did the right thing. I would never sign with Mayweather either.
    He has a bum squad and his new guys are already trying to leave. Tank Davis anyone?

    I think Mikey WANTS to sign w/ Floyd, but he hasn't received an offer because of the Haymon thing. And yeah, Gervonta was pissed because Floyd was finna make him move to Las Vegas and the boy refused to be away from his fam (he my fam now because of this).

    Mikey should stick to Haymon and try to remain active. Broner was never signed to Floyd and he is the most famous fighter to be associated with TMT. No need to go from one **** situation to another. What has Mayweather Promotions done for anyone but Floyd?
    Mikey would get better fights signing to Goossen.

    Tell that to the two highest grossing "former TR Promoted" boxers, ODLH and Mayweather, both guilty of quarrelling with the same cheap and crooked promoter.

    Mikey might have to start his own promotional company to promote his fights if he won't honor his contracts or work with anybody else. Then we can see if he's as good a businessman as Mayweather and De La Hoya.
