    Mikey is one of the 10 best in all of boxing. That being said, he appears to be earning his masters in the Winky Wright School of Boxing Business.

    Not sure if you are expecting me to defend his resume. I don't intend to. You can poke holes in everybody's resume. No point in that.

    Mikey no longer has a promoter. I think Haymon probably told him to promote himself by calling out the whole world.

    Sekhback is now basically Mikey's promoter.

    Start a poll. Ask the ESB universe if Mikey is top 10 pound for pound. It's a widely held opinion that he is top 10, as you'll soon find out.

    Opinions can certainly vary widely. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I suppose. Even if you want to knock his resume, Mikey passes the eye test, that's for sure.

    I would generally agree but I don't quite understand while Lomachenko is on this list. Mikey never said he would go down to fight Loma. I remember Robert Garcia interviewed just after the LomaRigo fight had been announced -- he seemed to be genuinely disappointed with Lomachenko staining at 130.
    So, maybe when Loma goes up and then Mikey starts talking like he's not that much interested then we could blame him. Now it's quite unfair in this regard to be honest...

    He sure as hell isnt top 10. He has a poor resume, dined on smaller fighters, been knocked down by Martinez, bashed around the ring by Salido, looked lost against Broner when Broner decided to fight, and he hasn’t had one meaningful win.
    I think he’s been vastly overrated due to his perceived punching power. He is B grade at best, probably not even as good as Danny Garcia.
