Vazquez was landing plenty of jabs and straight rights on Donaire, and had his face cut...Mikey doing that to him is something Nonito definetly wont like at all.

    Mikey takes this one.

Donaire was opening up to make a more exciting fight that's why Vasquez caught him up with some good punches.. If he wants to play it safe he can do it just like what he did to Concepcion.. :hey

Plus I don't see Garcia having the edge in speed, power, and boxing skills.. :nono
Donaire would make him look like a B-Class fighter.. :bbb

You must have missed the Vasquez fight in which anytime Vasquez was throwing a jab Donaire looked clueless. You said it yourself Mikey's jab is one of the best in the business. I think he would eventually stop Donaire. The Argentine Donaire fought before Vasquez kept a tight guard like Mikey and Donaire also looked clueless there. He did not know how to open him up. Throw in that jab and Mikeys size advantage and you got a beating coming for Donaire.

Just like he did with the much smaller Vazquez?

Garcia is very patient himself, and Donaire in his last 2 fights has at times looked frustrated when his opponents wouldn't open up..if he tries opening up to make a more exciting fight against Garcia, he will get dropped hard. Donaire hasn't looked as spectacular when he fought someone his size...Garcia is bigger then Donaire, and may have just as good boxing skills as Donaire has...Nonito has the edge on athleticism, but as far as pure boxing skills go, it's a toss up. And Donaire doesn't have the edge on power. :patsch

and who's to say Donaire will carry his speed all the way to 126lbs?

Speed of course goes to Donaire. Power and boxing skills definitely go to Mikey.

You do realize Donaire is a 122 pound fighter who probably has reached his limit in weight. His power will be average at 126 or even less. Mikey is a big 126 whose jab alone is hurting dudes.

So Donaire looking clueless when Vasquez was using his jab was to get Vasquez to open up??? haha that is the stupidest **** I ever heard.

It is obvious from your other thread you are nothing more than a Pinoy lover as that thread states you think Pac won the 3rd JMM fight.

By far Garcia has the most potential. (still improving all the time, where I think we've seen Donaire's ceiling already)

Whether he winds up with a greater resume than Donaire in the final analysis remains to be seen.

Rios and Pavlik aren't even in the conversation with those two. Just too big a gap in technical skill.
