Yeah Mikey is looking great, who's the little fella in the black tee? He looks like a solid little prospect.

 

How well he can avoid taking too much punishment to the body is the big question for me here. Spence is very good at what he does but pretty one dimensional, and stylistically this is a very nice fight for Mikey. I can picture him giving Spence fits with his movement and counterpunching, although if Spence finds his body often enough he’ll break him down and stop him.

 

Sure, if you’re looking at basic numbers and basing boxing outcomes and probability purely off that. Personally I think you should go by what happened in the ring, plug in the relevant variables and context and base your predictions on that. Or do it your way, 2-0 on boxrec looks nicer than 1-1, therefore 2-0 Beats 1-1. We can all get rich betting using your flawless methods.

 

Mikey is naturally 2 weight classes lower than Spence

You CANNOT overcome this. Spence will stop him or dominate 12 round decision.

Mikey is ducking Loma and looking for a way out while getting "respect" for fighting a big guy he has no chance against. It's the new punk way out. We'll see this a lot going forward.
