Height isn't the only measure of how "big" a man is. It depends on his frame, bone structure.
Lomo could possibly get up to 147 but he'd look like James "Man Boobs" Toney at any higher weight.
He doesn't look like he could pack on more than what's needed to effectively fight above 140.
