mikey has some balls. going right to 147 fighting the top guy. hes not looking to go after a soto karass or a joseito lopez to see how he feels at the weight. but hes a smart guy im sure hes sparred with the best of them big and small so im sure he will compete.. but if ur to small and spence is just to big there isnt much he can do unless mikey is so just so much more skilled then errol. much love to mikey but it might not end well for him.

 

That's a two way street. Mikey has never faced such a talented and relentless beast as Spence.

Spence is a good fighter, but if they were the same size I'd favor Mikey all day. The size difference is what might be the difference if they do fight. Maybe

 

Spence's skill set is on par with Mikey's. If they were the same size it would be a much better fight with the outcome being a toss up for me. As it stands now, I think that Mikey will be walked down, worn down and beat down.

 

I disagree on the skills being on par. Mikey is more skilled imo, but if he's able to dictate the pace and keep Spence thinking in there he'll have a good shot at the upset.
