I thought Garcia was quality but he dropped off so quickly it's hard to know if he was ever actually that good.
Mikey was phenomenal until he ate himself into divisions he didn't belong in. Honestly he should've never sniffed around at WW, JWW or LW. That being said I'd still pick him over Tank at LW (who I am a bigger fan of). I'd pick Mikey over everyone at LW except prime Loma and Shakur TBH
completely agree. I think Mikey would've stopped Linares though but would've went through some rapid fire offense to get it done
He looked special against Martinez, Lopez and Zlaticanin. He isn't tested at the elite level imo, but then again I wouldn't say the others at LW are neither. They just all have that "eye test" feel about them.
50/50 fight imo. Garcia is a great technical boxer with excellent timing and Technique, those are the type of Boxers that I feel will end up giving Tank problems as he continues his career especially at a higher weight class where there's some sharpshooters at 140 pounds. Mikey would have had a great shot at beating Tank in his prime.
You're right this one is hard to say, like say Tank fights that Mikey of when he fought Broner/Rob Easter then I think Mikey has a good enough chance to defeat him, But if the Mikey of the time of Spence/Martin fights but not necessarily weight just timeline fights the current Tank then I would give the bigger edge to Tank for the win.
