Mikey Garcia fights lots of mexican tough fighters. Fighters not known for their ability to box... Gamboa is not like that. It will make it interesting.

 

Best fight in a long time. Funny how Mikey takes a harder fight than all of Floyds past 20 opponents.

Not knowing Gamboas condition makes this hard to analyse. If he is in peak shape we will see how good Garcia really is.

 

Gamboa has been so inactive lately while Garcia has been facing steady, consistent competition. It could play a factor.

What the hell has Gamboa done to refine his craft ? Hang out with 50?

 

This will be a tough fight to pick. Gamboa hasn't been very active and hasn't been fighting the level of competition Garcia has...that said, Gamboa is faster, more athletic and might even hit harder. Garcia is a great counter puncher and has great timing...Gamboa can get pretty wild and leaves himself open to be countered. Garcia is the smarter fighter so I see him timing Gamboa with a counter hook and knocking him out.

 

if this is at 130, mikey will knock him out into the next planet

 

Very good fight. Looking forward to seeing this.

 

For the first six rounds they'll go back and forth, the fight will be pretty even. After the six Garcia will start finding his distance and timing. Garcia is going to catch him with something big.

 

Garcia by counter KO. Only way Gamboa survives is if he moonwalks backwards all night.
