    Dude looked flabby at 140

He needs to target guys like Loma/Linares/Easter

    147 is way too much

Good performance, Lipinets is legit also...

I have said before that Mikey will lose to Loma and convincingly. I
think Garcia and Linares will happen in the summer for Linares 135
titles. I don't see team Garcia letting him fight Loma. The skill gap is
too big. Size wouldn't matter in this one folks.

This. Lipinets is extremely green and an average puncher. Mikey dropped around 3 rounds to him, which is too many rounds against an overmatched opponent. Danny Garcia or Bradley when they were at 140 would've easily got Lipinets out of there as would Crawford.

Ummm, Bradley would have probably gone life and death, and barely made it out of the fight. He certainly wouldn't have gotten him out of there.

Bradley ruled 140 when it was actually a good division with talent. He regularly beat guys levels above Lipinets. Vasquez, Alexander, Peterson, and Abregu are all way more experienced and more talented than Lipinets.

Lipinets wasn't even ranked in the top 10 despite having a title and the fight with Garcia proved why.

Garcia shows that he can be disrupted and he will get beat by Lomachenko. There's been many examples over the years and one is Kessler/Calzaghe.

Garcia should stay away from 147. He's too small.

Way to small for 147. Other than Lomachenko at 135, I think he beats the rest but there are still some BIG 140’s with skills. I don’t think Garcia dominates 140.

I don't think that Loma outclasses Mikey at all. Mikey has real skills and his ring IQ is on par with Loma's. Loma might get his ass knocked out.

140 has always been weak since Ive been watching boxing. All them guys you mentioned are poor.

Describing Bradley's championship opposition at 140 as whole levels above Lipinets is overstating it, but I agree that Tim would have beaten Lipinets very handily. TB can always give you a moment in a fight (the bookending rounds against Holt, a guy he otherwise dominated, for example), and Lipinets is a guy he'd probably be quite adventurous with, but, outside of that moment, Tim would dominate. Lipinets isn't having the kind of pattern-altering success that Ruslan had with his sledgehammers every few rounds.

Garcia will not even mention Lomachenko at all, yes, Lomachenko is way too skilled for Mikey. Mikey should not go up to 147, get gets hit too easily...................Lomachenko wants to fight Mikey though.............

I like Mikey, but I honestly don’t think weight matters for Loma until we get to 147. Nobody at 135/140 is remotely in his realm. He’s that talented.

He will dominate 135 as he did previous weights. 140 would be a clinic as well. If/when he goes to 147, let’s talk.

He’s as generational a talent as Pac was (IMO), he very well may grow into a 147 champ as well.

Let’s be honest, Loma will fight Jorge and beat him and Garcia will move down and beat Easter then move back up to 140 and keep talking bout how he would rather test himself at higher weights than fight Loma.
