Not sure mate, if your really keen check the threads in the Aus forum.. People more up to date then myself. Some have suggested they might be paying out Soliman. Personally, i don't think Choc will be in a hurry to fight Kess again. Not when there are more cab drivers to be dominated in Argentina at least.

Boxrec is pretty reliable for upcoming fights. I don't see the problem. Give me a more universal, reliable source and i will use that instead. Until then...

As i said mate, give me a more reliable, and universal source then. It is far more reliable then going by what a given promoter says, as they have invested interest. Obviously they are misinformed sometimes, or fights fall through, but generally they are a pretty accurate and independant source to check upcoming bouts.

No. I was responding to you, imitating the tone of your post.

As in, "What I was doing was asking a question?"

So ****ing what if I observed something from a common resource? Did I say I was quoting the gospel? Obviously boxrec isn't 100% reliable, but usually when they are wrong, it's erring on the side of jumping the gun and listing fights that aren't happening (this happens almost every other day). When ink is dried on a fight, however, they usually don't just neglect adding it. Which is why I thought it was strange that there was an A&P thread on a fight that up until last week I'd never even heard whisper of as a serious possibility, indicating that people seemed pretty sure it was coming off. So I checked a few resources and found no indication that this is officially in the bag. My original post was to make sure that I wasn't missing something, as, again, an A&P thread would indicate a very strong belief in the certain eventuality of a fight. If anything you'd expect boxrec to list a fight the second it's even hinted at - they're gun jumpers. So if a fight was as far along as a done deal, they would definitely have it, yes? And not only were they not scheduled to fight each other, but I stumbled across a serendipitous curiosity in the Mundine rematch - which, again, is to be taken with a grain of salt coming from a gunjumping source. But if there is legitimacy to the Soliman fight, that sort of complicates an immediate Kessler fight, doesn't it? This is why I asked a question...

You got a problem or something? Rhetorical question, as I don't really care, but obviously you need to vent so have at it, maybe someone will be interested.

That's an inappropriate usage of "AKA", FYI.

Well Mundine was moving backwards most of the time - so when he was tagged he was already on his way back - he also had time to see most of the punches coming in - if he fights more agressively next time he will be moving forward going into those punches and then they would be more likely to put him down.

As for Kessler's power - he isn't a hudge puncher no - but he has decent power - enough to put people down, when connected correctly - just ask Beyer. Combined with Mundine's chin a (T)KO isn't that unlikely.

PS I'm not saying Mundine's chin is glas - hit chin is alright, but he can be hurt as Nicedishwasher and Siaca showed us - neither big punchers.

I pick Kessler by decision again, this fight will definitely show where Kessler's at mentally.

I like Mundine. He's one of the best pure athletes in the game and I'll go so far as to say that when Roy Jones was the top pound for pound in thew world I said that Mundine just might be the man to beat him someday. Hahah, boy was I wrong. That said he's still a hell of an athlete and a better boxer than his accomplish would suggest. Still, Kessler beats him 10 out of ten times. Kessler's just too big, too strong and too fast. Kessler's like a lot of white boys, don't know their potential.

Wow, I haven't watched this for a long time... That is seriously a different Mundine to what is now 'normal'. He really has come leaps and bounds. That being said, that could be a result of his opposition.

He was so flat on his feet and timid. I honestly think he's quick enough to avoid those hooks all night... if he comes in mentally strong but not over cocky he'll take it i think...

Look at the hook like punch Kessler throws at 46 sec into PorkChopExpress's video. That's the kind of stuff Kessler needs to use more. He should try to mix it up more.
