Jabs traded from outside. Actually landing about evenly, tit for tat. Miles' nose is bleeding steadily. Masternak charges in with a high slapping right but flops into Miles without landing. Masternak getting a bit messy. Straight left by Miles, glancing across the jaw from outside. Masternak bashes into the Miles guard with a chest-level 1-2. Hard shots to the guard and sides of the body by Masternak, pushing Miles across the ring. Long jabs by Miles, ducked under by Masternak as he hacks at the body. Double left jab to the guard by Masternak. More inside work by Masternak diving in low against Miles, as the Welshman bobs away and keeps on guard.

Actually, I only spoiled the Susi Kentikian result (and who cares about women boxing, honestly? :yep)

I was lying about Pianeta vs. McCall being on delay; it was actually live at the time while you guys were watching. I just happened to correctly guess that McCall would lose a UD with my fake spoiler, which was just to get under Malden's skin for cockblocking me. :good

 

Demers got robbed against Green, and had him hurt many times. (Demers isn't a puncher, and is barely world level)

 

Round 9

Masternak is getting much closer now as Miles' legs begin to fail him. Masternak is wrestling and smothering his work a bit, but landing some heavy body blows. Miles is brushing his face with some right jabs while leaning back out of the pocket without moving his feet. Masternak is ignoring them, whipping Miles with both hands. Quick shots by Masternak, but not turned over very strongly.

Round 10

Masternak is loading up on big side-winding body shots, keeping Miles in full retreat. Bad nosebleed on Miles, gushing profusely now. Miles is hanging in there, pushing out his slow right jab and then quickly recoiling to cover up when Masternak darts in low with power combos. Hard rights to the body and hooks up top. Masternak plugs away, slowing down but throwing more. Mostly body shots. Miles ties him up. They break, and Masternak flashes a quick straight combo the body while grunting before Miles wraps him up again. More jabs by Miles as he backs up to the ropes and sits on the middle one. Miles tries a 1-2 to get off, and they trade blows toe to toe. Masternak grins and waves Miles in just before the bell.
