There is a diference between promoting and lying but I think Sauerland is not able to see the difference.

Good marketing always stretches the truth. Peoples problem if they believe it. Sauerland, like every other promoter (Heck, every other company with a product) have to make money.

    To bad :-(

Only saw Sjeckloca against Gevor. Dont really know if I would favor him, but it would be cool with some other profilic opponents for your countryman. What are the chances thats gonna happen?

Anyone who believes Magee would have passed on USD 900k is a moron.

Half that much and he'd have bitten your hand off.

There's less than two dozen fighters making USD 900k...

    Yea I agree.

I can't lie, I followed Kessler on paper up until right before his Calzaghe fight, then I became a real fan of his.

I feel like Kessler's career was never the same (physical ability) since the Calzaghe fight.

Magee was offered DDK 5500k, so the USD 900 USD is correct.

I recognize I am not a man of good faith but if the numbers come from Sauerland's mouth, I don't believe them. :nono

Well they say pretty good, he is ranked i think 4th on WBC so i believe he will get tittle shot when same champion decides to get an easier title defense.
And i dont say i would favour him over Green but he could win, he was even decent amateur 3rd in world championship so he knows what he is doing.

I think his health issues had begun even before but it became worse after the Calzaghe fight.

Yeah, sorry. I misread  could be a good fight though, yes.

Good to hear they are confident on getting him a title-shot. Fourth is a good ranking (No doubt due to his International belt)

know he was third in the AM WC. That is very good :good

Had a feeling though that he had lots of amateur experience due to his late pro start.

    :yep

I'll be impressed if he throws more than 9 punches per round.

Sauerland is not a credible source. Magee is ready for a last title shot (still wasn't publicly asked about Sauerland's offer), Kessler turned Stieglitz down who himself says Kessler ducked him (SES vs Sauerland, contradictory statements), and Cloud doesn't want to get robbed in a Sauerland event like Lebedev and Chisora did... plus he's promoted by mother****in Don King.

Kessler-Green = horrible, horrible fight pretexting nothing's doable at 168 while Ward called him out.

    /end BatTheSource
