I know Decebal. I would favour Kessler over Abraham in a tough fight, that was my original post..How do you see this fight unfolding if the fight was ever made ?

Kessler would keep Abraham at bay with his jab, scoring easy points too, whilst Abraham was taking it easy in the first couple of rounds. Kessler would use his 1-2 more and more, backing AA a bit, but carefully - he wouldn't want to be jumped by AA. AA would get into his stride more and try to hook his way in and put pressure on Kessler, but Kessler would just do what he did against Andrade, when that happened - jump back a bit and carry on. AA would take more risks and really test Kessler's chin with some big shots, leading to some close middle of the ring action, because Kessler wouldn't be backed up, at least not against the ropes, that's for sure. During these exchanges, AA would have his chance of KDing or KOing Kessler, but it's not a big one if Kessler does what he knows best. Late on, AA, behind on the cards, would make a last stand and really test Kessler again. Again, could be dangerous, but Kessler's probably good enough to outlast the storm. I'd expect to see Kessler winning by 4-6 rounds.

How about that? Haven't thought it through too much. Early stab at it.:good

Kessler by wide UD. Kessler has a solid chin, and he just works too much for Abraham to win too many rounds against him. I'm guessing it would look a lot like Abaraham-Ayala, only Kessler has much better skills and chin than Ayala and would seal the deal rather than fading and getting KOed late.

I would say Abraham in a tough fight but abrahams power would stop him late. I dont see kessler having what it takes tos tay in there with abraham.

Excellent analysis Decebal. Especially the bit about Arthur taking it easy.Sometimes i just wish he'd pick the pace up alot sooner, why do you think he does that ? Is it a case of he's at complete ease in the ring and only picks it up when he feels threatened ?

Display of when skill and technique was not quite enough to off set a ridiculous output. This is why Calzaghe cannot be compared in traditional ways. One cannot look at his boxing and say "so and so in history had far better punches etc." because Joe has this ridiculous output that may just off-set all these other classical skills.

If it is in Germany Arthur wins after being knocked out cold in the 7th round. They count the judges' score cards and when they find that Kessler is up 5-1 they decide to make round 3 the 'golden goal' round.

Now they go back into the score cards and to everyone's surprise, Arthur won round 3, with two judges to one.

Artur is the winner on stoppage.

He is absolutely delighted to hear such good news when they bring him out of the coma four days later. His entire family then party with him while occasionally helping him take a leak in the intensive care toilet. 'Happy times are here again', they whisper so as to not wake up the terminally ill Mr. Shulze in the room next door.
