Nah....You dont know **** about the US. He was an exciting fighter. That is all. If that was the case we would of ranked him p4p or said he would beat people like Bhop or even Winky or any of the other guys between 160-175. They didnt even put him higher then a Tarver or an old shot Roy:lol::lol:. Get your facts.

So. That dont mean ****. Thats just what we thought of Joe . B/c Nobody ever seen him fight. We all said the same thing. We pretty much based it off of Reid. Lacy knocked his ass out and he was said to give Calzaghe a tough fight. So, he was NEVER considered the prime or elite around here. Just an exciting fighter.

So basically what you are saying is that you didn't rate Calzaghe over "any of the other guys between 160-175" before the Lacy fight?

The thing is you are saying he is hurt based on what? He cleared quickly? How? When? I'm missing the signs because as soon as he got up he was the same as before the knockdown, what changed?

I say he was not hurt based on the facts that he tried to put his hands behind him to catch himself as he was going down which suggests it was mostly a balance thing (he was squared up at the time), a guy who has just been hurt does not have the clarity of mind to do that, then look at his corner with clear eyes and nod as he is getting up, reply to the referee 'i'm Good' quickly and clearly while looking eager to get back into it.

Later on in the round Dawson actually gets hit with another good shot, the only difference was Dawson was in a better position. If Dawson is so chinny and was hurt then why after getting knocked down and getting back up he gets nailed again but it doesn't affect him despite being in the exact same round, wouldn't that be when he is most vulnerable, straight after he has been hurt? He was not hurt that's why and that is a fact. Dawson knows he was not hurt, people who know boxing know he was not hurt and at the end of the day Chad Dawson is gonna keep winning.

No that is ******ed. He was the champ. But nobody seen his work. He did not make ANY noise. Lacy made him famous. Lacy kept calling him out and we were like WHO IS THAT. I am just saying it was based of off the Reid fight and the fact how easily Lacey ran through the WEAK as **** 168 division being the limited fighter that he is. Lacy had a lot of hometown support. He was not one of the best over here. If Calzaghe was fighting a young 40 Hopkins or Winky, Tarver etc etc during that time that would of meant more. Or even a Glen Johnson as he would of been a very good notch on Calzaghes resume. Too bad he pulled out of that fight twice. So he got labeled a ***** right there.

Man you just said that everybody assumed that Calzaghe would loose to Lacy but that Lacy was not recoignised as a good fighter. So you picked Lacy over Calzaghe despite the fact that you thought Lacy wasn't very good. Which means either you wer ignorent as ****, which is not good if your supposed to be a boxing fan :good or you thought Lacy was better than he was and wont admit it.

Hopkins pulled out of a fight with Calzaghe because he decided he wanted an extra $3m; what does that make him?

Calzaghe at least had a ****ing excuse he was going through a divorce. Who the **** wants to train and **** when you are fighting for the custody of your kids and **** **** sake :-(

The difference is Adamek was one of the top light heavies out there and he got schooled. Dawson was the underdog.
