    A big disappointment.

He'll quite easily clean up the SMW division, but how do you cry for US recognition and turns down two big fights in the US?

    This is such a disappointment...:-(

Miranda, one, but who was the second big US fight he turned down?

Apparently, according to Danish newspaper he turned down a Chad Dawson fight just recently.

If I am not mistaken, he's been crying out for US attention since the Calzaghe fight, if he wants it he should go and take attention, not sit back and think of a miracle contract coming his way.

Blame his manager for this, Palle is impossible to make good fair deal with, just like Frank Warren and bunch of other managers!

Kessler should get out of team Palle, just like Calz did with Warren.

He might easily clean up the SMW division, but unfortunately what we say on ESB isn't enough.

If he decides to stay at 168 rather than go to 175 to fight Dawson I'll be happy as long as he fights an opponent that will set him on his way to cleaning up the division. Hypothetically doing something and actually doing it are different.

Him fighting another "Haussler- bum" is going to infuriate me like never before.

A possible Chad Dawson win would throw him right back in the top10 p4p, and in the big, BIG money fights.

i agree...he needs to fight these yanks to get the money.
he will easily clean up smw and then move up to lhw and clean that out too as by time he moves up b hop and jc will be long gone into retirement.

    Yes it would.

But at the same time if he wants to stay at 168, as long as he fights the best of the division I've no problem with that. 168 is his weight at the moment.

Another Haussler would be a problem, but lets just wait and see what happens before getting hysterical.

i for one wont judge anyone before we see who he ends up fighting next!
but if he gets in the ring with some german tomatocan again i would be very
    disapointed.
i read in danish sportspress yesterday that they were talking to bhops people, and if that came true i would give a **** about dawson.
the winner of taylor\lacy...(taylor) would be ok to. so its not the end of the world if he turns down dawson thow it kinda puts pressure on palle to come up with something better.

Wasn't he planning to fight Taylor next, if Taylor beats Lacy? That's what I read someone here say some weeks ago. If he beats Taylor, Hopkins will agree to fight him. Then, he could either come back to 168 lbs or fight Dawson at 175 lbs. Just because he's not fighting Dawson now doesn't mean he won't fight him down the line. They both have a good couple of years left before they pack it in.

    Bute
    Taylor (assuming he destroy's Lacy)
Pavlik (both he and Abraham are probably destined for SMW at some point soon, if the right opportunity presents itself)
    Abraham
    Miranda
    Dawson
There is no shortage of competitive fights in and around SMW.
If he fights another Euro-can I will write him off. He's not 25 anymore.

    That would be fine.
BUT if another Haussler is on the horizone, I am officially OFF the Kessler bandwagon.

It's going to be hard to find someone as bad as Haussler, though. Aren't some people talking about Larsen as a possible opponent? Larsen's much better than Haussler altough not what we are hoping for. There will always be great fights out there for Kessler if he keeps winning impressively. I wouldn't worry too much about it just yet.

i agreed, the haussler fight was a mismacth.
kessler said it himself, that danilo haussler was an very easy "fight".
AND kesslers nexs move has to be a fight, trying to unify the titles...
