It's not a real ban. It's literally just 6 months out of the WBA rankings. The important thing will be to see how long it takes Miller to get a new boxing license. Something we don't know until it happens.
He shouldn't IMO he should be banned for at least two years. But its boxing so he will probably get one.
I'd like to think he just won't ever be granted a license again, or won't try and apply for one. I wouldn't be surprised if he does get one though within the next 6 to 12 months. 6 months does seem to be the usual in the USA.
As mentioned above, can’t see him getting a license for a year or 2, and even then I’m not sure he’ll get a big payday. He really wasn’t all that, was overhyped and pedded up to the eyeballs so his main assets (his workrate and size) wouldn’t be the same.
No point taking the moral high ground anymore- it’s that rife. Listening to Costello and Bunce earlier and you have to laugh at the double standards; we seem to apply different ethics with British fighters then our American counterparts.
Yep he was subtly programmed into the minds of the sky subscriber brains trust by fast car simply repeating his name in the same sentence as Joshuas for 18mths: hey presto I know this miller guy and you are damn right I will click on red when I am told to
