I expected this sort of stuff to be honest, every potential AJ opponent is a "bum", "fraud", "not worthy" and the rest.. Until they can't reach a deal and then they become fighters AJ is actively ducking or avoiding and they are exposing Hearn and AJ.. Errr see Whyte. Whyte is a classic example of how some people on this site contradict themselves and change their opinion at the blink of an eye depending if it suits their agenda. Whyte was a "over hyped bum" two months ago, AJ had already knocked him out and it was a pointless fight, some said Whyte wasn't worthy of a title challenge, some said he didn't beat Parker, was very lucky against Chisora in the first fight, Helenius was shot.. blah blah blah Whyte had issues with Hearn/AJ and it all changes instantly.. and now these people are claiming a career high payday just isn't enough in a voluntary defence and some even have the nerve to suggest AJ is avoiding Whyte. I expect to same crap to be spilled if Miller isn't the opponent and they can't strike a deal, AJ will be ducking Miller next week if Miller rejects a career high payday.
Feel free to dispute anything I said in an intelligent manner (with evidence) and I'd be happy to retort.............
No offence intended Mark Ant but this is another fairly pointless thread from yourself. Did this really require a new thread or could you have put your stream of consciousness on another Miller thread? You started one yourself only this week!
Who said Parker and Povetkin were frauds? Or even Takam prior to their AJ bouts? Stop making stuff up. Miller, and rightly so, is getting called a bum and fraud because he is nowhere near deserving of a title shot against AJ. He has done **** all. He just wants a payday and his standards are low. He did his job in being a loudmouth, bulking to 320 and steamrolling shoddy opposition to get a shot at AJ. He is crap. AJ is ducking Whyte as a high risk opponent that could end his desire to unify. Whyte poses more risk to AJ than anyone out there at the moment. He priced himself out against Whyte in offering Whyte 16.67 per cent of share in revenue, and then demanding 70/30 for a rematch clause if he Whyte beats AJ first time round. That is nothing short of PATHETIC. No way in hell is AJ serious with those terms.... Did AJ expect Whyte of all people in the universe to roll over and accept that? When Whyte has had a hugely successful 2018 in terms of PPV sales????????????? Nay, he expected Whyte to refuse, and Miller to replace him because guess what... Miller is no thread at all to AJ. Believe it or not, either way it is the truth. They sold the rematch narrative endlessly for MONTHS! And Whyte only got an offer a few weeks back straight after the Chisora match... AJ saw that knockout and thought you know what I don't need this smoke right now, let stay on target for unification. TRUST ME, that Chisora KO resonated badly with AJ, and he did not expect granite chinned Chisora to go down like that, and he knows Whyte can disrupt his unification plans. No one else will cause as much danger to AJ except Wilder and Wilder is tied up. Povetkin threw everything at AJ and AJ didn't budge. Whyte at 60% back in 2015 landed once and nearly had AJ out of there. 2018 Whyte floored people who should not be floored, and KO'd people that rarely ever get KO'd.
You stated Miller has better upper body movement, punch variety and head movement than most of the top ten. Over Fury? Nope Over Whyte? Nope Over Povetkin? Nope Over Chisora? Nope... Miller is a poor mans Chisora. Over Ortiz? Nope Over Parker? Nope Over Takam? Nope Over Wilder? Nope...not over, maybe equal. Over AJ? Pfahahaha... Nope
AJ destroys Whyte in any rematch. As if he is ducking "lol". The only boxer who will give AJ problems is Fury and I have that fight as a pure 50/50 as I, as can most people, make extremely strong cases for both, whether you are a fan of both (as I am), a fan of one or a complete neutral. Whyte is decent but AJ KOs him - again. Whyte is on a very decent - but lucky a couple of times - run. Fair play but he gets stopped by the really really big boys at the very top. Anyway, get Miller out of the equation, let Fury/Wilder dance again and the landscape come mid - late summer time should be a lot clearer.
Yeah get Miller out of the way and AJ will have no guarantees, he can't even hook up a Whyte fight, he has no chance persuading Fury or Wilder who simply don't care anymore. Whyte can knockout AJ just as easily as AJ can KO Whyte. AJ beats Fury easily, styles make fights, and Fury will not be able to handle AJ. Fury has a better chance of beating Whyte. Yeah AJ is definitely ducking Whyte... he's packed his bags to go to New York and beat a bum after Whyte KO'd his best friend in disgusting fashion.
I am seeing Miller ranked number 4 on some of the top ten lists here. Would you believe it? The forum quality has taken a dive.
They both were and are trained on boxing fundamentals much better than Miller has plus Vitali was expert at exploiting his reach advantage. Vitali was more skilled than Dillian also.
AJ is trained by a respected former British boxer training him he is far more skilled than Miller is.
