He hit whyte a lot harder with a lot more speed and venom... he threw the kitchen sink at Dillians face it actually scared me that a 245 pound man could throw bombs so fast like a welterweight. For the first half of the fight Parker had no fear of anything that Whyte would return in an exchange. He went off at will with everything he had. If you ever had to spar or fight someone who is twice as fast as you ..you would know how frustrating it can be... and Whyte handled a much faster fight extremely well. Usually it is he who lands first especially at Heavy
Yes but he was more open to being hurt than in AJ fight where he was very negative like Bonecrusher Smith v Tyson in `87 though not as bad, Smith got hit more by Bruno than Tyson because he was just spoiling v Mike, the same applies to Whyte and AJ v Parker, Joseph was far more careful against AJ and much harder to hurt.
Yeah I know man, that's why I say Dillian fought the best version of Parker and Chisora, they really brought the aggression and the venom but both were defeated in the same way. They underestimated Dillians abilities, even their coaches, and they broke down mid way through the fight as they thought it would be over in less than 6. I can prove this by post commentary from both coaches of chisora and parker, and by the definitive looks each fighter gave to their corner around rounds 4-5 when Dillian wasn't slowing down or getting out of there. Body language is everything, strong form of communication.
It was a decent performance v two decent fighters but AJ is better than Parker and Chisora, neither man is a world beater at all.
I agree, AJ is hands down the best at the moment. He has everything. But he can lose, and Dillian can be that man to make it happen.... more than any other competitor out there bar Wilder, but Wilder is too small for AJ.
No. Shockingly that's not the case. As long as Adamek is still beating guys like Solomon Haumono or Joey Abell, he's every bit that's good is a Gerald Washington, Pianeta (who was stop by goddamn Kevin Johnson) or Dave Allen.
