I guess Rios and the undefeated prospect from Kansas should go a ways to filling the arena but I don't see how this helps build Miller's profile
Will likely be capacity, Kansas star is half the size and as the card is only three weeks away and not officially announced makes sense to make it a smaller venue. I think Matchroom are only planning on honouring dates for this year and have their sights set on planning for next year at the moment.
