Greetings O wise and merciful Classic forum posters, thought i'd ask this question here as you are all the most knowledgable posters on site (now that i'm in your good books onto my question).....

Just wondering if you can enlighten me as to whether there is/has ever been a minimum age for contesting the BBBofC British Title (Lonsdale). I'm sure I remember reading that the ruling was changed somewhat recently as there used to be a minimum age limit of 20?

Can't for the life of me remember where I read/heard it so fear I may have imagined it.

Have done some searching around but can't find reference to it onlline so any links/sources you know of i'd be happy to take a look at.

Also, are there any similar rules/limitations on contesting the Commonwealth and European titles?

I know it used to be you couldn't contest for EBU coming off a loss (until recently changed). Also need to have at least 10 pro bouts.

    Any answers/links/sources much appreciated :good
