If Mir win this, I'll be ****in pumped for his 3rd fight vs Lesnar.
Even if Lesnar would beat quite easily Carwin.
This fight will end surely with Mir on his back and Carwin trying to GnP him into dust.
Will he be able to sub Carwin???

That will certainly put Mir's strength training to the test

Carwin vs Mir should be a good fight but damnn if mir wins then we all missed out of carwin-lesnar. I really want to see this fight. UFC needs to start letting other contender get a title shot.

white knows that he can't give big nog a shot at brock, because if big nog wins, then everybody know that fedor is the king, even in the ufc
so white will never give big nog a shot at brock

Don't be dumb. This isnt boxing.

If Nog deserved a shot at Lesnar.. he would get it.

Interesting fight. Mir is way to schooled for Carwin. Strength means nothing. On the ground he's the better fighter and standing up he's the better fighter.

    Carwin could easily beat Mir..
The gameplan to beat Mir is pretty simple... Take him down and pound..

    Still not impressed with Mir..

That said im not a big Carwin believer either.. fluked out in the Gonzaga fight. He's fought nothing but cans.

Truth. He was getting 7 bells bashed out of him until he landed that hail mary. Carwin is a big dude but i think thats where it ends. This is Mirs to loose imo.

I like this fight but pretty sure Mir wins it. Carwin is very stiff as a striker all he really has is that right hand power, Mir at this point has developed very fluid kick boxing skills and is becoming difficult to hit although we know Carwin can KO him with just one shot but Mir should be able to pick him apart. I see this turning into a longer verison of the Kongo fight eventually Mir hurts Carwin and catches him with a submission.

Not quite that simple.. If you take him down, you have to respect is BJJ. For a big portion of his career, Mir fought off his back primarily. Smothering him seems to work well, keeping limited distance between his chest and your own, and oppnents tend to pound him pretty well from the side mount.

If he fights carefully, takes control of dominant position, he can finish Mir off with a good shots as Vera did.. But, I still Favor Mir to win this fight.. I don't think Carwin is capable of not making mistakes.

This fight might never even go to the ground. Gonzaga had Carwin hurt before he got knocked out, Mir has better boxing then Gonzaga. And Mir was destroyed by Vera and knocked down by Lesnar. I see one of these guys getting knocked out.

I can see Mir being way to skilled and expirenced for Carwin - Lesnar V Mir The 3rd.
