Who knows... Miranda wanted it. The only reason I could see him not wanting in now is if there is a better opportunity waiting for him elsewhere. I think we will see some news soon.
Like I said, Palle/Kessler walked away the first time and were assholes about it. Now they come squirming back and try to make something happen. It has been many many weeks. Miranda was looking hard at getting a fight. I doubt he just sat around. If he has nothing else planned and doesnt take the Kessler fight I would be shocked. So, yea, it could happen. But for this article to come out, I would have to say there is something equal or better for Pantera out there.
One question. Who could Miranda fight at 168 to get HBO exposure? Kessler and Taylor. Does Taylor want to fight Miranda? Kessler it is.
Man after reading that garbage all i can think is, kessler and his team are not scared of miranda, but they are completley full of **** and a bunch of assholes.
"All the while Margules was pumping out demeaning and 100 percent false press releases about us and about Kessler being this meek, little kitten afraid to get into the ring with the big, bad Panther. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that Margules would fold like a cheap umbrella in a windstorm. When we agreed to come to his arena with four neutral, WBA officials and even got clearance on that from the Florida commission, I thought this fight was ready to be signed. So did the HBO people." This content is protected "I am satsified that the HBO folks know that I wanted to fight Miranda, title or non title, on their air June 21. I am in training and I hope that HBO can find someone who is willing to fight me on that specific date. I will fight anyone they put in front of me for the right price." Kessler's agent, Michael Marley, confirmed what Palle said." :yikes :yikes :yikes :think Now let's hear what Miranda's side has to say. :yep
Hey hey hey . . . you're too quick to call people moron. What's bugging you? Wait till we get any response from the other side and we will find out who's telling the truth. Meanwhile . . . chill off. :rasta
Yes. Marley is Kessler's USA agent and yes he owns boxing confidential, and yes he is an *******! But, I will hold my breath to call his bluff until we hear Miranda's side of the story. Like I said earlier, for him to not take this fight, if what Marley said is true, he MUST have a big money fight setup already.
