If Miranda has nothing else planned, then of course he would fight Kessler still. Let's wait and see what happens. I gotta feeling we will learn something tomorrow about Pantera's immediate plans.

For weeks people have been questioning Kessler's integrity and fortitude without even so much as acknowledging the old adage that there are 2 sides to every story. I'm not a Kessler superfan but I like him alot as a fighter and I'm gonna tell u that it was absolutely ridiculous that anybody would think that he was ducking Miranda. How quickly everyone forgot his amateur and professional credentials and the fact that nobody had won more than 3 or 4 rounds against him let alone defeat him prior to facing Calzaghe.

I'm telling u this...it would not be in Edison Miranda's best interest to fight Mikkel Kessler. Why? Because Kessler would dissect him worse than Pavlik did and that would make Miranda 0-3 in his 3 biggest and most important fights. Miranda should stick to knocking out guys from the Contender or B-level fighters and become somebody's mandatory rather than jump right in and face Kessler. Trust me.

I really hope this fight is made. But I can't see why Palle not just accepted it in the first place. Kesslers WBA rating wouldn't worsen because he had a fight planned with Miranda.:huh

Funny but Kessler supporters were calling people all sorts of names for saying Kessler pulled out because there was never a signed agreement. Pretended verbal commitments were meaningless. So now they say prelims = pullout? Give me a break.....

Well, Pantera2000 has indicated Edison Miranda's people may be engaged in GOOD FAITH negotiations with someone else at the moment. His team has been very active in trying to get him a fight for some time now. I can understand that Kessler supporters don't understand these two concepts.

Funny how the Miranda nut-huggers now come out defending Miranda when he clearly is ducking Kessler! Miranda is afraid and a coward no doubt about it!

How is he ducking Kessler? Miranda's team gave him everything he wanted, but Kessler ran away. It has been weeks. What was Miranda supposed to do? Sit around and hope Kessler came back?

Of course not! He went out looking for another big fight, and all indicaters are he must have found one. Unlike Kessler, he is not going to pull out and **** off people. I hope to see a press release soon with all the details.

Miranda has proven over and over again he is willing to fight the best avaiable anytime, anywhere.

This has nothing to do with being a "Miranda nut-hugger'. This is about the double standard exhibited by Kessler nut-huggers. Miranda/Kessler was a done deal. Every detail worked out and agreed too. Then Palle showed they had been acting in bad faith all along by refusing to sign the papers and claiming it was because the paperwork was not as agreed too. That has pretty much been show to be an out right lie. No backing down on that one. Now because Miranda's folks have been working on something else, they can't realize that not EVERYONE negotiates in bad faith like they do? Shakespear was right about Denmark. :deal

If I have a choice between believing the promoters at Seminole or Mogens Palle, I'll believe Seminole every time.

Heck, if I have to choose between believing Barry Bonds and Mogens Palle, I'd probably choose Bonds. Palle is a slimy piece of ****, and every major negotiation he's been a part of in the last 20 years has proven that.

Kessler is the best available fighter at 168 at the moment! No doubt about that! Miranda shows his cowardice by turning down Kessler! But yes it shows that Miranda and his people is all talk and no action!
Miranda is running like a scared *****!

    (Sarcasm could be included)!

This has everything to do with supporting one fighter! People tends to believe the best about the one they support! Miranda has not signed another fight yet! And there is no better available fighter at 168 than Kessler!

Let us rephrase: Something is rotten in boxing!

There is doubt about Miranda being available now isn't there? No sarcasm needed. You have to pretend Miranda's people were as inactive as Kessler's be beleive otherwise. It looks like Miranda has moved on. Palle is now paying a price for his actions. Time for them to move on too.

True. Miranda is not signed AT THIS EXACT INSTANT. (or has not released it yet) That does not mean his people will 'pull a Palle' and crap on the people they have been negotiating with to accomodate some one that just crapped on them. Get real here. Suppport Kessler all you want. Believe he is the best at 168 if you want. Your world can revolve around Kessler all you want. That doesn't mean everyone else's world has to revolve around him. Get over that fact.
