You think a Miranda vs Pascal fight would sellout the Bell Centre?

I thought this fight was going to be in June? Doesn't Miranda still have a bunch of tune up fights to go through.

It wouldn't be at the bell center i think they would make it an outdoor fight in Parc Jarry during the Grand Prix weekend to maximise the revenues.

I guess what I am asking is Pascal as much as a ticket seller in Montreal as Alcine if the right opponent is brought in (Miranda).

God i hate pascal, if only because im afraid he will beat pantera LOL!

for real though? i really hope miranda knocks him out, our boy cant afford another loss this soon after his first real loss.

i too have seen some of pascals other fights and i dont quite see what everyone sees.... to me he seems open for the big right hand and throws looping wide punches that dont have THAT much steam on them as much as hes just a natural athlete throwing punches, but its not a pavlik, taylor, or even lacy type power imo...

i hope miranda is able to land is overhand right, right down the middle and make him do a gibbs.

dont worry kirk, i've seen pascal on fnf hardly impressive. fights like rjj, but gets hit a lot. i have no doubt that if miranda does'nt have weight issues, that right hand is gonna find the point of pascals chin.

It's hard to know. Pascal mostly headlined small venues so far.

At 168lbs Miranda will be fine. He was at 178lbs last week after training so he is in great shape. He learned a hard lesson against Pavlik. He is training hard for every fight now and keeping his weight closer. He is closer to weight now for his Jan 11th fight than he was 2 days before the Pavlik fight!

Pascal will definitely be a better ticket seller than Alcine. He's more way more exciting to watch than Alcine.

With Miranda, Pascal can't afford to coming to the fight without his right hand like he did against Norman. Otherwise, Pantera will destroy him. If he's 100% healthy then he will beat Miranda.

If he was resting the shoulder I am surprised he decided to take this fight against Norman. Now he only has 4 weeks rest util he fights what will most likely be a tougher opponent on ESPN. Like I said, this was the only Pascal fight I have seen. And to witness it live I was very unimpressed. The only thing I saw was a nice left hook counter he threw now and than....
