Checked out this controversial Slugfest again Rounds 1-4 very interesting Round 2 ended with a post bell exchange Round 4 had back and forth exchanges in the last minute and a half as Abraham had Miranda in big time trouble then Miranda had Abraham hurt who even bent down and had both gloves touch the canvas or so it appeared Round 5 was picking up where it left off, Abraham had blood on his trunks and his jaw looked like it was bothering him Miranda was landing hard shots Then the fight took a strange maybe dubious turn The Head butt- Miranda intentionally head butted Arthur, his head hit behind Arthur's ear now this was i think a giant mistake for Miranda who was winning the round seemingly had Abraham's jaw hurt Abraham got around 5 minutes of rest, so the momentum he was losing swung in his favor as he got a breather Then the jaw was blamed on the foul though you can clearly see blood on the trunks and his open mouth before getting butted Doc did some work on the jaw while the ref really wasnt caring to pay any attention He said its been 5 rounds so its going to cards, ref who could of docked Miranda a point any time in the 2 to 3 minutes that already passed decides to dock a strange 2 points after thinking its gonna be a decision, thought that 2 points was odd and thought it was weird that he didnt dock til he thought it was a decision Then the ref said TKO asked Arthur if he wanted to fight Arthur said no, a little later he said yes...very odd now was the ref dirty or did Miranda's behavior do him no favors (the punch after the bell and the butting) so in all likelihood a 10-7 round Then the next round an uppercut heading for the body grazes Abraham's shorts but doesnt seem to actually hit anything and he is docked a point another hits around or slightly below the belt line and does not hit the groin but more like the thigh hip and the ref docks him again and says no hitting in the balls, clearly it was not near the balls back to back 10-7 rounds you can almost guarantee Miranda needs a miracle at this point seems the headbutt bit Miranda in the ass as the ref just starts takin points even on accidental low blows that dont hit the nuts Gets more interesting in round 8, with under 10 seconds Miranda catches a wild swinging Abraham with a right, Arthur bends over and eats a left hook, the hurt fighter is bent not protecting himself Miranda is getting ready to fire away and the ref breaks them for no reason, then the bell sounds as the ref and bell save Abraham in the 9th Miranda seems tired after hitting Abraham with some good shots Arthur comes on late may be enough to take it 10th all Miranda who seems desperate and re energized, another bad ref moment as Abraham puts his hands down staggers and Miranda goes in and the ref breaks to ask Arthur if he is ok, either let the fight go or stop it for a TKO, dont stop a guy from attacking a wobbling fighter to see if he is ok, let the barrage answer that for you or stop it strangely enough in between rounds the doc doesnt even look at the jaw they know has been broken from 5 on 11th Miranda cracks him with a big right, then hits low, replay shows belt line, Arthur acts gets a big rest after gettin caught, Arthur takes his rest and the ref again docks him
In summary Head butt was the worst thing to happen to Miranda,he lost 2 points and then the ref got all deduction happy the ref either wanted to really punish miranda or was dirty, had some very questionable moments seemed like he really protected Abraham however oddly enough a massive puncher like Miranda couldnt stop a guy with a busted jaw despite some of the questionable stuff im not discrediting Arthur he showed heart and guts just a good slugfest with some controversy
