Hey, as long as it is not Randy Neuman, or someone else that has been Sauerlandized, I am happier than a pig in ****!

See, unlike Sauerland in Germany, Warrior's does not own their own commission. The Florida State Boxing commission would never put up with the crap Sauerland gets away with. But then again, he owns his own commission, so I guess he allows himself to get away with whatever he wants to!

Yeah, right. Bronco McKart lost fair and square vs. Raul Marquez - he Indian tribes are so fair and professional when it comes to boxing .

If you tell me you want a fair fight this time you should want the best to referee and judges...

It is rather interesting and really nobody realizes how big that really is. Wilfred Sauerland is the promoter and manager of his fighters (not allowed in the USA). He also is his own commission. The very people that make sure everything is done legit to the rules in America (ie Nevada State Boxing Commission) and oversee the promoters and the event. These are the very people that assign the judges and refs to the non title fights. Well, what do you know, Saulerland looks over himself and assigns himself the judges and refs that he wants. Damn, when you really think about it, it is just too damn easy to be corrupt in Germany! Why the hell should he be 'fair' when he can just allow himself to do whatever the hell he wants!

Right, you tell me there is no "corruption" (as you tell it about Sauerland - except the manager thing, this really isn't all that good) in the States but nearly all the time in Germany.

Tell you what: you are too fixed on the fighters you love rather then seeing all of world's boxing.

HUGE difference Tom. The Seminole Tribe (who owns Warrior's boxing) is not their own commission. The Florida State Boxing Commission has FINAL say over everything that happens. They will decide the judges and refs and unless there is a real legit excuse, they will refuse any changes. They are the Doctors during the fight and have zero to do with Warrior's or the tribe.

Sure, like anywhere, you tend to get hometown, favorable decisions on close fights (yea, I know, Urango was a ****ing robbery to me to!). But Warrior's must obey to Florida's rules. And the head of boxing in Florida is a very unbiased person and there is no way in hell he would even listen to a recommendation from Warrior's on a judge/ref.

Corruption as you call is does not exist anywhere close in USA as it does in Germany. Sure, when you go a fighter like Oscar with a huge fight against Hopkins coming up, everyone knows who is suppposed to win. Yea, there are times like that the judges try to find every possible round for the 'hero'.

But you will never ever find anyone getting away with the crap Sauerland pulls... allowing the scale to disappear into the locker room of his fighter before he weighs in. Having a doctor in the corner cheering his hometown fighter along. Having a ref forget the rules as Neuman did "The headbutt did not cause the injury, let's go to the cards!". Having a ref who ignores the doctor's decision to call off a fight. Having the right hand man of Sauerland sit next to the scorers table and actually check the scores and hands the final numbers to Buffer. Trying to have the promoter of the other fighter thrown out of the stadium for arguing the right call to the ref.

Man Tom, I can go on and on and on. I should write a damn book. It is absolutely unreal what Wilred gets away with in Germany. TELL YOU WHAT: Maybe it is you who is just used to this bull**** and need to come watch how a fight in the USA gets handled from the 'inside'.

No, it's you complaining about the same old fight over and over again. I'm not the one bringing up 1 example and trying to manifest a whole nation's boxing industry on it - it's you!

But just continue if it makes you feel better...

Miranda won more rounds than Abraham. It was the questionable point deductions that cost Miranda the fight.

It is not just one fight. It is how Sauerland does business. I knew of none of this before my experience. I have been fortunate enough to see the inside makings of many big fights across America (no, not just Miranda ones and not just Warrior's cards).

I have never seen a member of any promotional company help out the judges with the scores like Hagen does. I have never seen a commission owned by the promoter putting on the show. Sorry Tom, but here that is a big no no yet it happens at each and every Sauerland fight. Of course he hardly every has to pull his strings when his opponents are hand picked and over matched. But at a time when a mandatory like Miranda comes into the country, you know damn well Wilfred tightens everything up and gets ready to unleash hell.
