If Miranda gets this fight, he has to win it. This will be his best chance and if he comes up short...then he might be one of them fighters that can come close, but still a little short.

Awesome fight, very 50/50. I couldn't predict this one offhand, it requires a lot of thought :huh

This fight isn't going the distance...

Miranda has power to end it at any time... Stieglitz is tough and will make it a fight.. He tried going toe to toe with Andrade with little success.. Except for entertainment value... He's 1-1 against Berrio.. Not sure if he'll stop Miranda but i doubt it goes the distance, and I'm picking Miranda to win....

I suppose Stieglitz could do a lot worse than Miranda as far as opponents go. As mentioned earlier, Stieglitz is one of those guys who doesn't do anything that jumps out at you but is a solid fighter overall. Personally, I don't think Andrade gets enough credit for beating Stieglitz or Tsypko for that matter as both are quality operators on the world scene. Anyway, back on topic. Miranda vs. Stieglitz would be a pick 'em fight though I'm inclined to go with the Russian because he's more fundamentally sound.

I'm kinda hoping the winner of the fight will unify against the winner of Bute-Andrade.

Hopefully it will be Bute-Miranda even tho I like Stieglitz. He's a decent fighter and a warrior. I just think Bute-Miranda has a better chance of being picked up by HBO.

My thoughts exactly. HBO would jump all over a Miranda/Bute unification bout and it would be a huge sell at the Bell Center. It would setup a monster fight for the winner of the Super Six too.

Eastman was old and at mw. Green isn´t as good as Balszay.

I dont think Green is a great win, but I also dont see what makes Balszay much better. At the time of the Eastman fight he was still considered a top 5 MW having just gone toe to toe with Abraham. It was the one and only time Eastman had been stopped.

Miranda has the better 'losses'. That might be the differece.

Eastman was still a Top5 right but that does not change his age and the fact that this fight was at mw. Balszay at least was a champ. Stieglitz would be the best win Miranda would have if he wins while Miranda wouldn´t be the best for Stieglitz if he wins.

Miranda got his losses to superior opposition also Berrio and Andrade are no pushovers either and Stieglitz already beat Berrio before.

You make good points that are hard to argue. You seem to know much of Stieglitz, have you been following him for awhile or connected with his camp in anyway?
