how does having 3 square meals a day and being sucsesful have anything to do with being a fake? every world champion doesnt have to have a background like that

I read that Miranda had to drink his own urine and eat the plants on the side of the road. I'm not kidding either. I think it was in Ring Magazine about a year ago. It may have been written around the time he fought Eastman. It's really not a joking matter.

His pre fight antics are good and bad. Sometimes I love em, sometimes I hate em. Still publicity and that matters.

I respect his struggle though. Its sad when we live in a world where people have to come from such a low standard of living. Its a feel good story.

Forget his past, I worry about Mirandas future- he took a beating from Pavlik, the kind that leaves boxers with brain injuries. What was so apparent was Mirandas lack of boxing skills. His management need to choose his opponents carefully at Super middle or else

    Damn! Eating cats? :yikes

That's something new to me . . . I have heard of people eating dogs but this is the first time I have encountered a story about "eating cats". :think :-(

When your survival is at stake you'll do things that most humans could never fathom doing. We all have that survival instinct in us.

Easier said than done. Its what he was born in to. He knew no other way.

    It's still very ****ed up.

Yeah man. Puts alot of our problems into perspective but then again it's not good to make downward comparisons to make ourselves feel better. It was just an unfortunate situation and luckily it's over for him.
