Mirco Jehiel "El Águilas Argento" (The Argentinian Eagle) Cuello

He's pretty accomplished for only 24 years old, so far. In the amateurs he lost to most of the best names he fought (Albert Batyrgaziev, Wyatt Sanford, etc) but more than half of those defeats were via MD or SD. He also managed to nab an Olympic bronze medal. He's now 16-0 with thirteen kayos in the pros, and just became interim WBA featherweight champion with his two-round destruction of previously undefeated Mexican southpaw Sergio "El Chakal" Ríos Jiménez. He's also rated #8 at 126lbs by The Ring Magazine and the WBO - as well as #13 by the IBF.

Good chance we could see him in a big fight soon, then. One path would be unifying his interim belt with the full WBA champ (the winner of Ball vs. Goodman, coming up next week). The other champs are a pair of 31 year old Americans with a single loss apiece; Angelo Leo & Stephen Fulton (IBF and WBC), and there is unbeaten Rafael Espinoza Zepeda of Mexico holding the WBO strap. I'd be down to watch any of those.

Cuello is skillful, powerful, and doesn't waste any time dicking around with clearly overmatched opponents (*cough*, Albert Ramírez...)
