Yeah, that was pretty sad to see. Doesn't look like there's anything left of the old Mirko.

And the fat lady is screaming. Boy that was sad to watch. Mirko is physically and mentally spent. The old Mirko never would have quit like that.

Yep, it was sad to watch, very sad indeed. Mirko just couldn't get anything going, he couldn't seem to pull the trigger.

The passion and confidence we associate with Cro Cop just didn't seem to be there either, the fire's gone.

He's 35 now, hope to see Mirko retire, he's got nothing to prove, he's had a tremedous career, a true legend, much respect to you Mirko.

Mirko's never been able to make the spacial adjustment to the cage. He's a guy that prefers the ring and was brought up in the K1. That said he's finished. The level of competition requires a VERY focus'ed Mirko. Mentally and physically he's spent. Id prefer if he called it a day.

I don't think that Cro-Cop is all washed up. He still has great speed and power in his straight lefts and kicks... the problem is that he is one dimensional and looks horrible against a fighter who is bullying him. I think at this stage in his career that will always be the case. Dos Santos is a monster.

Cro-Cop looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights. He looked lethargic, hesitant and couldn't get his shots off. Maybe he does feel uncomfortable in the cage, I don't know but it really does look like its time for him to pack it in. He's cemented his legacy already.

too passive. WAY too passive. What is wrong with this guy ? What happened to Mirko ? He should've killed that guy , easy...He should've been able to do so against Gonzaga , Kongo , Overeem too. He even looked mediocre in his victories (against Hong man choi , Al Turk & Sanchez).

RETIRE for **** sake....He's too hesitant and passive , this guy doesn't want to fight. And if he really does , he needs to ditch his main trainer.

Dos Santos was agressive but open for a ko. He had little head movement & his guard wasn't there. He could've dismantled that guy. It's not the first time that he's been bullied... It was frustrating to see him do nothing and never jump on the occasion.

He is paranoid and scared of getting koed again , maybe that's it ?....I don't know. But he needs to stop fighting. He needs to retire.

I've been saying since the Kongo fight that he should retire. The Gonzaga fight sapped all his confidence, and it was apparent in his first return fight. He's too tentative and afraid to pull the trigger. You can't beat bigger, stronger strikers by backing into the cage and praying for a miracle. Cro Cop had a home for that left hand last night, but he was too afraid to commit to throwing a big bomb. When you're not willing to exchange, you're not going to win. Plus, he never threw that left kick with any conviction. He may still have the physical tools, but he's mentally cooked. If you're not there mentally, it's time to call it a career.
