Mirko Filipovic vs. Frank Mir

    I know Im not a huge MMA fan, but other than the Pudzian fights, im really hyped for this one!

    Filipovic has always been one of my favorite warriors in the MMA ring / Octagon. His K1 fights were pretty brutal too.

    Don't be fooled by this mans age, his experience alone will take him far. Im not much a MMA historian but I followed a lot of Mirkos fights and this guy is the real deal when it comes to fighting!

    That guy is a straight up Beast from the European East!

    I got Mirko TKO 2. I know Pat Berry is no Mir, but the confidence and determination that the Slavic people have, as Mirko does, he will take this fight EXTRA seriously. Mirko knows this might be his last chance.

    Like both but my heart leans towards Mirko but my head leans alittle towards Mir because this isnt a easy fight to pick. Mir has improved his striking in leaps and bounds and Cro Cop hasnt looked terribly impressive on his feet as of late despite his classic highlight reel past. Mir is a better grappler but taking down Mirko isnt exactly easy. Im liking this fight. I actually believe Mir wins by TKO though.

    really want Cro Cop to win this. I wouldn't even mind if he beat Mir and then retired. He may be able to pull it off, too. Mir doesn't react well to adversity, and Mirko could cause him some big problems.

    Once Mir feels CroCops kicks he isn't gonna react well to them. I truely believe Mirko stops Mir with strikes standing and then Mir goes for the takedown and CC stuffs it then pounds him out. I don't think its a stretch.

    Crocop by KO hopefully:lol:. I just don't know what to expect from crocop anymore. He could still ****ed up mir if this fight end up on their feet.

    This fight is so much better than Nog versus Mir part 2.

    I am hoping for a Crocop LHK finish.

    In the last couple of fights CC was a mere shadow of himself. I hope he takes it, but I have a hard time to believe it...
