Well, you're contradicting yourself. Why are you so easily dismissing the possibility of Tyson finishing last in a test of power between himself, Bruno, Ruddock and Foreman?

Most Tysons KOs came from the incredible speed that he possessed in his combos. Fighters will tell you that the punches they don't see coming are the ones that get ya!

Mirovic only ever shared the ring with Mike with those 20 oz pillows on for limited time only a couple of years ago.. Hopoate just bangs away and is not anywhere near a s punch efficient as a prime Tyson.. It means nothing at all..

I was on the ring apron when Ollie McCall Ko'd Hopoate in Vegas in May.. he has some power , but in no way near comparrison to Tyson of any era.. Oliver walked right through him like a hot knife through butter...........

hey big cat . you have seen tyson close up . how hard dose he punch ?. because a lot of people seem to think it was his speed and accuracy that got you . was he one of the hardest puncher in heavyweight history? . did he punch as hard as shavers or foreman?. what do his sparring partners think of his power?.

Hoppa stung Mccall in the first round if thats possible with Mccalls chin but gassed in the 2nd. Hes an aussie domestic heavy at best but. Has done well since moving to boxing from league.

I agree with everything , except for 'timing'.

Tyson had absolute top top class timing.

Timing and speed were his trade marks.

For those who don't know the fighters being mentioned.

Bob Mirovic was a good Australian level Heavy. He held the Australian heavy title for a long time. He was never mentioned outside of Australia, because he simply was not good enough to go anywhere on the world stage.

John Hopoate is a former Rugby League player who was disgraced from the game, essentially from shoving his finger up people's anus's during matches. He is widely seen as a weirdo, a sick **** who brought his game into disrepute; someone who turned to boxing as a last resort because no-one else would have him and his reputation as a bit of a psychopath may assist him.

Since then his career has been carefully "managed". But he has shown that he is a failure on the world-class level of boxing.

Any boxing fan who knows about boxing will tell you that he is not going anywhere fast. He probably does have decent power, but he has no skill and no boxing brain.
Most Australians are ashamed of him, but some don't care what a sick **** he is and are quite loud in supporting him. (Similar to the kind of people who still like Margarito)

    That's a common misconception.

It's actually after a victory, they go back to the locker rooms. They form a circle ready to sing their victory song. But before they sing, each player reaches towards the person to their right and molests their rectum with their index finger.

Apparently this is a tradition handed down from the British. But I don't believe that, cause their teams never win anything. :rofl

Wlad, Bruno, Ruddock, Lewis, Foreman, Tua, Shavers etc at the top end.

A bunch of unknown bums may well have the ability to hit harder than Tyson. Take a 250+lb athlete, make sure that he has good explosive strength and leverage, train him to punch, and you may see him producing more single punch power.

Butterbean can probably produce more force at 350lbs.
