He loked slow and gassed, beating a disgraceful Nelson isn't much, he has zero chance at winning a title goin against JDS, Cain, Carwin or Lesnar

yea bro agreed, i think mir would get ktfo from lesnar, cain, carwin or jds and not to mention what would happen to mir if he got into the cage with alistair overeem i think mir would be the 1st man to die in a octagon, however i would like to see frank "jewfro" mir vs Fabricio werdum that would be interesting. Frank mir was apparently "a top legitimate heavyweight contender" - joe rogan and roy nelson was "a man who loves food" - Joe rogan i think joe was alittle stink and sad to roy nelson with his comments.

His game has evolved and he is well rounded but his cardio was poor. JDS, Cain etc would run through him inside 1, maximum 2 rounds. Good win, Nelson was tough but gassed too.

    Both fighters looked like ****.

Nelson looked like he never even bothered to train at all though.

Frank Mir is still evolving as a mixed martial artist. He's gone from a straight jujitsu grappler to more of a kickboxer and yes I think he hits harder than JDS.
