Kovalev will give Canelo his worse beat down, Mark my words, remember when I said the same thing that Bernard Hopkins would beat down Felix Trinidad, This fight has it all over it,
The majority of the boxing fans and 90% of the so called boxing experts predicted Felix would anihilate Hopkins, I was ridiculed. Yes Hopkins lives a clean life, what the majority of you do not understand the beat down kovalev had in the Alvarez fight ironically disciplined him. I don't class the ward fights whatsoever, totally dirty and foul fested, those fights didn't discipline him just made him angry and his old ways were still there, Buddy Mcgirt is a genius, recognised this fact. He knows how to talk to Kovalev and advise him, Kovalev has his spark back.
    Remember this post.

Got a similar feeling. Not to this extreme but I just have an inkling that canelo is biting off more than he can chew this time.

When cotto brother had Canelo on ***** Street, Kovalev will be called the alchemist he will turn alvarez legs to wood. No matter how much better alvarez is he can be stunned and no matter how much muscle he has gained his brain stem is the same, kovalev will touch that Brain stem that how you gain his respect,

I'm not sure that one specific fight disciplined Kovalev. But it's rather obvious that this short interval between Sergey's last fight and the upcoming Canelo fight was good for Kovalev. He looks fresher now. Let's say even a little bit younger. More energetic and enthusiastic. He's found his second wind.

I think Kovalev will beat Canelo. By decision. Yes, by decision in Las Vegas.

I like the quick return to the ring, at Kovalev’s age it will be the best thing for him.

Originally I thought Kovalev was done tbh, but watching all his fights since Ward 2 yesterday, yes he’s not the 2014 Kovalev but he’s still got it and I’m ashamed to say it as a fan I’ve really overlooked him.

    Kovalev late stoppage I’m thinking.

Thanks god you mentioned Buddy Mcgirt. Everyone is talking about Kov being shot, but everyone forgets that he got a new trainer. Kov got pretty difficult personality thats why he had bad blood with trainers like Sanchez and Jackson, but Buddy is a buddy. Chill dude, father like person and Kovalev won his rematch against Alvarez and didnt checked out in difficult situation with Yard. Buddy is defo a factor in this match.

The GGG fights added alot of mileage too. Down the line that catches up to you. No amount of PEDs can reverse that

Yeah buddy got him boxing a lot more and not sitting on his punches so much and keeps him disciplined in the ring and it appears in camp.

will keep kov to the gameplan.
