Since you pretty much agree with 6 out 7 topics, I will be willing argue number 1 with you. Only 1 Wlad loss came early in his career and that was against Ross Purrity, his other two losses came in march of 03 and april of 04. At that time Wlad was a pro for 7 years when he lost to Sanders, he had what 40 or so fights under his belt? Sorry, Im not buying it. Wlad lost because of his proven weak chin and his lack of toughness at the top ranks. Every big punching heavyweight that was aggressive with Wlad, either knocked him out, floored him, or made him panic. Thats a fact my friend.

Johnson is going to wreck Solis. Won't even be close.

No, it's not a lack of toughness, he just couldn't fight at that time. After Steward worked with him for a while he improved dramatically. He was hurt badly by Sam Peter and didn't collapse. And the Puritty loss has nothing to do with "aggression", I saw the bout, he punched himself out and when his output dropped Puritty caught him, so... bad chin yes, mentally weak no.

Fair enough, but he did look like **** against Peter. Falling all over the place, clinching excessively, having panic attacks, and turning his back to his oppenent at certain times during the fight. To me he looked fragile as could be, while his brother Vitali disposed of Peter with ease. Thats the difference between the two brothers, the one can handle big punchers, the other can't.

    Agree.

Solis is another B level fighter we need to rid ourselves of, much like Arreola, before too much unfounded hype gets built up.

VK can beat Wlad IMO. Tony Thompson blows, sorry. Arreola needs to get his shot. The rest of these guys are useless amongst the top ranks, no offense.

Vitali is too slow for Wlad and wouldnt touch him.

Thompson has beaten all opponents EASILY ... and got his ass kicked by Wlad like everybody else in the last 4 years. How anybody can think that chinny and untested Haye is better is beyond me.

I'm supporting Arreola but certainly dont think he deserves "his shot". He has beaten ok opposition but no top20 fighter. Botsov would be an excellent opponent for him, great match-up.

As regards Solís I believe after he's through with Mr.Johnson it's time to reevaluate how "useless" an Olympic champ and three-time world champion is.:bbb:bbb:bbb

    1. Wladimir among the greatest heavyweights has to be the smartest overall boxer and over the years has been a bit more fundamentally sound and aware of his flaws as a fighter, hes great as using his advantages even though it is known that the target is his suspect chin

    2. Povetkin Vs Klitschko has been on the shelf for about a year now unfortunately Povetkin's injury brought the fight to a hault which was somewhat of a blessing because Povetkin was definately not ready for the fight and now I still question whether or not he is ready for the fight but by far his best victory hands down is over fellow mandatory Eddie Chambers

    3. Tony Thompson beat a bunch of fringes before he got his title shot he did OK against Klitschko but he was tired in the later rounds before the knockout, and if you ask me I think if the fight with James Toney ever happened James Toney would have given him problems with that counter punching style despite being faded

    4. Eddie Chambers isnt necessarily overrated he has fought some good competition over the last couple years and picked himself up after that loss to Povetkin and has even beat Sam Peter who has experience and has fought both the Klitschko brothers his style will possibly give Wladimir fits because he will be fighting at angles and he has fast hands but I'll admit he doesnt have the punching power to keep Wladimir off of him so Wladimir will walk him down and get some power shots in and probably KO Chambers

    5. agree with 5

    6. Only time will tell for Denis Boytsov he needs to step up and face better competition to determine whether or not he is another Dominick Guinn or a future contender for the heavyweight championship

    7. I think Johnson will beat Solis

    7. I predict Johnson will get his ass handed to him by Solis. Solis is way skilled, but unmotivated.
