1) Kevin Mitchell - British Super Featherweight Champion

Last seen...................in June 2008 on the undercard of Gary Lockett vs Kelly Pavlik in Atlantic City getting a decent win over a decent level Journeyman.

Last we heard....................was going to be fighting Stephen Foster Jnr on as part of an Olympians shows, which has now moved to Belfast.


2) Gavin Rees - Former WBA Light Welterweight Champion

Last seen..............in March 2008 looseing his world title to Andreas Kotelnik, who has since defended the belt 3 times.

Last we heard.................was going to be on the Calzaghe vs Jones undercard agaisnt a world ranked opponent but withdrew with a broken nose, apparently he aso turned down the Amir Khan fight.


3) Junior Witter - Former WBC Light Welterweight Champion

Last seen............. in November 2008 winning his come back fight on ITV 4 in decent fashion.

Last we heard..............was going to fight Devon Alexander in a WBC Eliminator but then was scheduled to fight for the EURO title in Italy agiasnt Branco this weekend, which obviously did not happen.


4) Darren Barker - Commonwealth Middleweight Champion

Last seen................ in December defending his Commonwelath title on ITV 4 agaisnt a level of oposition he should have gone beyond a year ago.

Last we heard...................may pop up on the Froch vs Taylor undercard.


5) Alex Arthur - Former WBO Super Featherweight Champion

Last seen.............looking weight drained loosing the title to Nicky Cook in september and deluding himself in wanting a re-match.

Last we heard.............was fighting on the Burns vs Gomez undercard but got injured.


6) Colin Lynes - Former European and British Light Welterwight Champion

Last seen.............loosing to Paul McCloskey in November 2008 for the vacant British title.

Last we heard.................nothing!!


7) David Barnes - Former British Light Welterweight Champion

Last seen.............getting stripped of his title after getting injured and not fighting Lynes in November 2008.

Last we heard...............has signed with Hayemaker but may be still suspended.


8) Michael Lomax - Prizefighter Welterweight Champion

Last seen....................winning Prizefighter in October and calling out all british welterweights.

Last we heard.......................nothing!


9) Last but not least - Choi Tseveenpurev - WBU Featherweight Champion

Last Seen.................Brutally Knocking out Derry Matthews in April 2008. Matthews has fought 3 times since as of this weekend.

Last heard.................was back from Mongolia and not happy.

I cant see whyi would have an issue with Warren who got him a shot at a world title despite not even desrving a shot at the british title.

 

Barker needs to move on, he is well beyond McDermott and Macklin will vacate before fighting him. Macklin will want the fight but Warren will never allow it.
