hi guys, english is noy my first language but i will do my best for u understand what im saying:

i remember (and miss) the old days when Don King used to be the most important promoter, he used to make huge boxing programs.
We could see a great main fight with great undercard, i remember 4 or 5 championship fights in the same fights, and fighting the best fighters of those days, for example: Chavez vs Randall 2, undercard: terry norris vs simon brown, azumah nelson vs james leija, gerald mcclellan vs julian jackson ALL OF THEM WERE REMATCHES, just for mention one.

Now we have bob arum and de la hoya, now we can see a good fight in the main event with $h!++y undercard

    what dou think guys??

I bet they were all WBC fights as well. The corruption between King and Suliaman was outrageous.

That said, at least 3 of these fight look legit, and Don King has put on some of the biggest fights in the last 40 years. I reckon he could whip haye/klit, and pac/may into battle quick time given the chance.

King is a low down snake-in-the-grass republican. Ali hated him. Tyson hates him. BHOP hates him, and I don't much care for the snake myself. However, Bob Arum is 10 times worst, so I too am sorry to see King get old.

I was at the MGM for the fight, always put on a great card did King. Shitbag as a human being but when it came to beating the promo drum & giving you yer $$$ worth then he's untouchable. Thee main Man indeed:deal

He makes fabulous fight cards, but if you want King to rule, you'll have to except more fixed fights and more fighters getting screwed

U have to realise that whatever don king did, he was responsible for some awesome cards and fights. He made many fighters into multi millionaires, and the people who hate him had most of their money taken away by crazy entourages.

Don King does no different than today's biggest promotors, but because he's affro-american and bold and beautiful people hate on him more than say Arum. Bottom line is he made great cards that we don't have today and he put the best against the best. All the fighters that signed with Don knew the deal, but did so for the fame and fortune it could bring. If they failed to hold on to it, that's their problem.
