One day of weight training won't really do anything.

Looks good. Not so sure about the arms. Your legs will be fine. Your abs will be insane. Your arms will depend on how intense your wednesday&thursday's are.

Looks good overall though. You will drop pounds thats for sure, unless u go insane on sugar.

There isn't much point in a 13 mile run, unless your specific goal is that one kind of fitness. Which it isn't.

very inteligent decision mate i have seen quite a few lads box when they really didn want to and you can guess the result of the bout. I find that when u feel fit and strong though you look forward to a bout alot more. Also diet makes a big difference lots of sugar can make you have mood swings ie really confident feel lik you want to be a champion one minute then feel like do i really wanna do this the next.good luck with whatever you choose mate:thumbsup

ive built up 2 that through the time i was boxing
i got hit with a body shot on my first time sparrin n it hurt
so from ther i started findin stomach excercises n doin them
then i picked out my favourites and did 10x10 of each then used overload on the FITT princible (frequency, intensity, type, time)
    and here i am
n if u get hit in the right place with a body shot it still hurts (unless ur ready 4 it

    What?
    Why do you say that?
Not many fighters can/SHOULd give more than 2 days to weight training anyway, guy.
I'm not one of thsoe guys that will just flame you without knowing what they're talking about, I happen to agree with a lot of the things you say regarding weight training, I follow similar principles.
    But here, we disagree.

A sessions a week will increase strength over time, or at least keep strength levels up.
