Talent scouts every school will have some and a mandatory boxing program. Make the military have a mandatory boxing regime as well. Really that’s all you’d need there was nothing wrong with there trainers or there methods of developing athletes.

 

China has played a similar numbers game to up its medal count exponentially in recent cycles.

Their population is so ridiculously large that they can mandate that 1 million first-graders take up badminton and weed them out so that by the time they’re 20-ish they have some world-class players.
